Social distancing is easy across our 40-acre property and protocols have been implemented at all on-site restaurants

Takeout options are available at our poolside bars, and the ship store is offering curbside pickup and delivery of provisions to your vessel.

General Guidelines for All Guests

Upon arrival, you will notice additional team members throughout the property as we increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting routines for high-touch areas around the hotel.

  • Please note, in conjunction with County regulations, masks that effectively cover both the mouth and nose (face shields worn alone are not in compliance) are now required at all times across the entire hotel and marina complex. Every person over the age of six (6) who is away from his or her residence shall wear a face covering when closer than 6 feet to another person with whom he or she does not reside. There are only three exceptions to this requirement. They include:
    • Being in your room or on your vessel; however, if a team member must enter your room and/or vessel while you are present then a mask is required.
    • Lounging/swimming at the pool (as long as 6 feet or more of social distancing is possible).
    • When seated at a dining table enjoying food and drinks.
  • Upon arrival and during your check-in process, you must attest to being free of any symptoms related to COVID-19.
  • All publicly available restrooms, bathing facilities, and laundry facilities are only available to one party at a time. If the facilities are already in use, please wait outside with 6-feet of social distance until that person has left the facility.
  • If you do begin to experience symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19, we would request that you quarantine in your room or on your vessel until you can depart and recover in the space and comfort of your own home. Additionally, we would ask that you not utilize any public facilities or patronize the restaurants until you are cleared of the possibility of infection.

Recipient of Conde’ Nast Traveler Reader's Choice Awards as One of the Top 5 Hotels in Florida, our property is committed to setting the standard for guest experience and cleanliness – especially as it relates to our rooms, public areas, or event spaces. We are taking this opportunity to enhance procedures we already have in place, as well as add in new protocols with special attention to around-the-clock disinfecting and sanitization.

Our Peace of Mind Promise ensures a quality, comfortable, and pristine experience from your first interaction with our property through departure, and beyond, by means of consistency, commitment, and attentiveness from our dedicated team members.

Our Onsite Restaurants

  • Dockside bars/restaurants offering open air seating and 6-feet between all tables
    • Salty Oyster is open daily from 11am-8pm
    • Matt's will reopen for Sunday Brunch starting November 15 and nightly dinner every Wednesday - Sunday starting November 18. Dinner reservations are required
    • The Barrel House bar is open every Friday - Sunday from noon - 10pm
  • Poolside cocktails and food delivery straight to your lounger or cabana
  • In addition to cleaning and disinfecting prior to and after each guest has finished dining, all high contact surfaces will be cleaned every 30 minutes. Service trays will be sanitized after every use
  • All parties will be limited to no more than 10 people and all tables will be 6-feet apart
  • Silverware and one-time use menus will be provided once seated. All plates, napkins, and silverware will be one-time use
  • Straws will be in individual wrappers, condiments will be individual servings and all drink refills will be served in a new cup

Around Our Marina and Hotel

  • Daily Attestation Health Check-Ins for all team members verifying temperature, exposure, and overall health and well-being
  • Specialized cleaning products including a peroxide multi surface cleaner & disinfectant that disinfects in 3 minutes, kills 99.999% of germs, and kills Norovirus in 45 seconds
  • As always, Guest Rooms will be cleaned thoroughly and disinfected prior to every arrival and after every check-out. Housekeeping service will remain available upon request to minimize exposure through the duration of your stay.
  • Socially distant hotel check-in with at least 6 feet of space
  • Limitations to elevator capacity of one couple/family at a time
  • Pools will be limited to 50% occupancy with guest sanitizing stations and daily disinfecting
  • Fitness center will have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests at a time with additional cleaning and sanitizing three times per day
  • Hand sanitizer stations throughout property and outside each floor of the elevator
  • Hourly cleaning times and locations throughout property, including lobby, public restrooms, pool, fitness center, and shuttle
  • Shuttle will be limited to 12 passengers maximum and disinfected after every pick-up/drop-off
